I fit a set of 12 highlighters, tape corrector, multiple pens and pencils, a rubber eraser, pencil sharpener, and could still put more! Be sure to give your finished canvas a spray with a uv fixative so seal in all those colours and keep it from fading. I've done it before though, it looks great.
